A Designer’s Love Affair

Four years ago, we took on two completely separate design projects that would eventually capture our hearts. They become projects that quickly reminded us that the bonds forged during the design process are the most uplifting part of our work.

Although both homes possessed similarities, we began the process of shaping each into its own character, nurturing them from the very beginning stages into the works of art they presently are.

The homeowners of both houses are native East Coasters. So it became a part of our task to create a space mixing the two styles: “Southwest-meets-East-Coast.”  Transforming these homes from a vision to a reality became an intimate process that we embraced, and is reflected in the beauty of the home.

When Phoenix Home + Garden magazine decided to feature these homes in their recent issue, we could not have been more thrilled.  Working with the creatively talented people of the magazine was an enjoyable experience where we were able to see the projects through new eyes and a fresh perspective.  We are excited to share these articles with you.  They can be read online, here and here.
